| 高校突发事件的发生不以高校管理者意志为转移的,威胁到师生身心健康、生命财产安全,会对学校正常的教学、科研、工作、生活秩序造成一定影响。本文通过对高校突发事件进行合理分类和特征探讨,为进一步正确认识突发事件、提升高校突发事件管理针对性、提高应对突发事件水平提供基本理论支撑。 |

| The occurrence of accidents happening in the universities, which threatens students’ and teachers’ health, property and affects the normal teaching, research, work and living, doesn’t depend on supervisor’s will. The paper provides theoretical support for understanding accidents correctly, and improving coping adaptability and level by classifying accidents and discussing their features. |
