| [内容] 制度性需要反映了政府在本科教学上的宏观思路和战略需要；客观性需要反映了现代科学技术对本科教学的时代呼声和现实需要；本质性需要反映了本科教学对自身的发展诉求和微观观照；主体性需要反映了本科教育主体在本科教学过程中对自身发展的关注；内在性需要反映了大学系统对本科教学的组织性管理需要。这五种需要尽管出于不同层次、不同主体的诉求,但总的目标只有一个,即实现本科教学的历史性转型,推动我国本科教学再上一个新台阶。 |

| Institutional needs are to reflect the government"s macro ideas and strategic needs in the undergraduate teaching; objectivity needs are to reflect the voice and practical needs of the times of modern science and technology in the undergraduate teaching; essential needs are to reflect the aspirations of their own development and micro contemplation in the undergraduate teaching; subjectivity needs are to reflect the concerns on the subject of their own development in the undergraduate education in the undergraduate education process; immanence system needs are to reflect the needs of the university organizational management in the undergraduate teaching. Althought different levels and the demands of the body, the overall goal of these five needs is only one, namely to achieve a historic transformation of undergraduate education, and promote our undergraduate teaching to a new level. |
